 RACE.1.

RACE.2.

CALLMEGETRIX (4) won well last start over this course and distance. She does take on stronger rivals but she is in a good space and should be well up to the task at hand. WUGUG (8) placed third of 13 by a long neck last start at this track and should race up on the speed, can sneak into the finish at odds. SUMMER LILY (3) has good consistent form lines to her credit. She has won twice, finished second once and third once from five starts on this course. Resumes from a spell and if should be competitive. FATAL GEM (6) finished eighth of 14 when resuming from a spell last start over 1600m at this track. Has a decent second up record and is expected to run well.

RACE.3.

SPIRIT GUIDE (6) has shown improvement in her last two starts. She finished a close-up fourth of 15 over 1200m at this track and on best form rates highly. ROCKING PEONIE (13) showed good improvement in her last start with the blinkers fitted. The manner in which she finished off her race to finish fourth hat day was encouraging. Richard Fourie retains the ride and the combination merit healthy respect. LEAD TO GLORY (2) should have finished closer to the winner than third last time as she hung in the latter stages. If keeping on a straight line she should be figuring in the finish. UNITED WE STAND (9) stayed on well when finishing second of 11 over this course and distance. If getting away to a clean start she should run a big race.

RACE.4.

SAINT BRIGID (1) is better than her last start run for fifth of 11 at this track would suggest. She jumps from pole position and on previous form she will prove hard to beat. CHARLOTTE BRONTE (7) was doing her best work late when finishing fourth of 13 in male company over 1400m at this track last time. She will like the rise in distance and can return to form. NATIONAL DISGRACE (8) ran a good race when third of 11 over this course and distance. She raced from a handy position and stayed on well at the finish. Has each-way claims. LAVENDER BAY (4) has not raced since her debut when she finished eighth over 1200m at this track. Should have strengthened up during her break and is worth including in combinations.

RACE.5.

KEBONALESEDI (6) won here last start when sent out as the favourite. Craig Zackey retains the ride and the combination can follow up. SPIRIT'S UNITE (9) was running on well when finishing third of 10 over this course and distance last time. Richard Fourie steps back into the saddle and if getting away to a clean start, he should be figuring in the finish. GOLD INDEX (1) turned in a sound effort last time when finishing second of eight over 1600m at this track. Can go one place better here. TICKING BOMB (5) finished fourth of 10 over 1400m at this track last start. Has her share of ability and is a top-three prospect.

RACE.6.

NORDIC QUEST (3) won well last start over this course and distance when sent out as the favourite. Jumping from a good draw looks well placed to go back-to-back. PINEAPPLEMINTGREEN (7) bounced back to winning form last start over 1100m at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. SOUTHERN SKIES (2) ran a strong race when finishing second of seven last time out over 1100m at this track. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. WINTER RAINFALL (1) progressed nicely last time when finishing third of 11over 1100m at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.



RACE.7.

VERONIQUE (3) challenged strongly in her last start over 1400m, but found one too good on the day. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since. She has won once, finished second twice and third once from 11 starts over this course and distance. Richard Fourie retains the ride and she can go one better. WHY NOT JACKIE (8) stayed on well when finishing fourth over 1100m last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. She is back against her own sex and is one of the leading contenders. TRES CHIC (4) was not beaten far in her stable debut over 1100m last time. She takes a drop in class and if putting her best foot forward can place. DOUBLE DREAM (9) ran a fair race in her last start over this course and distance. Both her career victories have come over this distance. If getting away to a clean start can finish in the money.

RACE.8.

KYALAMI GIRL (6) was not disgraced when finishing fourth in a tougher race than this one last start. Has the pace to settle in the leading division and should prove hard to roll. SPEED RACER (9) was an easy winner of his last start over 1100m on this course. He showed good speed, found another kick and drew clear over the closing stages. He is in a good space can go back-to-back. PORQUE TE VAS (3) finished out of the money two starts back then finished fourth over 1100m contest at this track last start. Looks well placed so expecting a big run this time. THE CHARLESTON (8) was last at the races when she finished eighth over 1100m at this track. Fresh-up looks one of the genuine chances in the race.

RACE.9.

WORDSWORTH (3) was an easy winner of his last start over 1100m on this course when sent out as the favourite. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. He is in a good space and can follow up with another victory. TRIPPI'S SILK (1) should have finished closer to the winner last time as the saddle slipped in the running. If getting away to a clean start he should be figuring in the finish. SWIFT ACTION (11) has consistent form lines to his credit. He returns from a spell which would have done him the world of good. If not in need of the run he can finish in the money. WYLIE JACK (2) made progress last time out, finishing 2.75 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1100m at this track. Taking on a better field but he is good enough to take this out.
